1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Credi Revive Chat ("the Service"), operated by Credi-revive Technology Pvt Ltd, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Credi Revive Chat for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing and communication only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

5. Wallet and Points System

Credi Revive Chat operates on a transparent Pay-Per-Minute wallet system where users purchase points to access premium chat features. The following terms apply:

• Points are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Points expire according to our expiration policy.
• Chat time is calculated based on the current points-to-time conversion rate.
• We reserve the right to modify point values and conversion rates with reasonable notice.
• All purchases are final unless required by law.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use Credi Revive Chat only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the dignity and privacy of other users. Your use of the Service is governed by our Community Guidelines. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or harming other users.
• Transmitting any content that is illegal, explicit, harmful, or offensive.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers.
• Using automated systems (bots) to access the Service without permission.

7. Privacy

8. Third-Party Services

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Credi-revive Technology Pvt Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Credi Revive Chat, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Credi Revive Chat could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the website at any time without notice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms or Community Guidelines.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact our support team to request account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
